Overview
Quanta is a B2B analytics platform used by operations teams to monitor complex workflows in real time. The existing interface had grown organically into a maze of tabs and tables. We redesigned the core experience around a single, configurable command view — surfacing the metrics that matter, hiding the noise, and giving teams a fast path from insight to action. A new data-viz language makes anomalies legible at a glance.
The Challenge
The dashboard had to serve both analysts who live in the data and managers who glance at it once a day. One interface, two very different attention budgets — and a dense data set that couldn't be dumbed down.
The Outcome
Time-to-insight dropped from minutes to seconds for common tasks, and support tickets related to 'finding things' fell by 70%. The redesign became Quanta's strongest sales asset in enterprise demos.
